I’ve had a lot of heart opening chats this past week about the secret recipe to achieving what you want and letting your desires BE your life.
I deeply opened up with my goddess boss team on a live training about how we all feel like a loser at times and how old fears can be like the monster in the closet waiting to grab you by the feet and pull you in and it is awkward at times to allow yourself to stand in it (what we spoke about in part 1 and part 2 of this weekly series), to learn the sweet lesson and move up a level in life.

My passion is to help more women awaken to their inner power instead of leaking it all over the place and feeling depleted and dry. If we imagine our radiance being like a well – feel into it and ask it if it’s all dried up or filled with flowing nourishment. (Most women who come to work with me are all dried up and quite upset by it.)
This secret achieving sauce is all about your RADIANCE!
If you are not naturally, topped up, swooning over yourself and loving all you see in the mirror just yet, I want to remind you that that’s OK! Don’t shame yourself for feeling your emotions. Actually, in my work and along my personal journey I have learned to honor my emotions and feelings, even when I’m angry and emotional. When I was younger I would tell myself to “pull it together” if I was feeling sad and talk about shaming myself…I was rejecting my whole self, labeling my emotions as “bad” or “wrong” because that’s what I thought I knew needed to happen to get by in life or to be successful.
I mean you don’t ever want to put a negative thought in your mind ; ) Bullshit.
As a woman we must appreciate the shit hitting fan emotions just as we do the laughter and brightness! We are a wide variety of emotions and that’s what makes us so powerful and so abundant is we roll through like a storm and leave the gorgeous sun shining on all life!
So, give yourself a break!
That feels good, doesn’t it?!
You might be questioning “how can I be more time with myself to be radiant when I’m busy, I’m making lunches, I have my boss barking in my ear?!”
I hear you! If we’ve been so used to putting others needs and happiness before our own, this practice is like learning a new language. But so is creating a meaningful life.
Heck it’s easy to live a mediocre life, isn’t it?! You just decide to stay in the comfort zone and shutting your inner goddess off more and more so her voice is non existence and voila, mediocre life.
I work with women who want to live a thriving life.
A life that they don’t need to stay small due to a lack of money (I never want you to think money must stop you from living your desires…money is simple to make, it’s your mindset, your radiance, your belief that is what you must work on to achieve financial success! We do this a lot in our Goddess Boss Team)
I know you, you want to THRIVE on this planet and experience so much joy!
So, I invite you to make a list of ways you can care for yourself. << this list will be full of things you love, that allow your radiance to spark and your body to SLOW DOWN.
Once you made a list, maybe it is 30 things, circle the top 3 and commit to doing these 3 things each day this week!
Just take note on how you feel and how flowing your inner well is ; )
Take note of how you feel when it comes time to take action on your desires and course correct as you go by turning back to your pleasure and joy!
